If you have questions about functionality or are unsure how certain features work, we recommend setting up an OpusDNS Sandbox account. This allows you to safely test API requests and see exactly how each request affects your test domain portfolio in the sandbox dashboard.

If you still need help, you can submit a support ticket by email at support@opusdns.com.
Alternatively, if you already have an OpusDNS account (app.opusdns.com), you can submit tickets directly in the support center via the support section of your dashboard and track their progress.
