What Is a Subscription Plan?

At OpusDNS, we offer different subscription plans tailored to different needs and business sizes.

Every account starts with the free Basic Plan, which already allows you to:

  • Register and transfer domains (top-up required)
  • Access multiple platform features and services
  • Manage your portfolio after topping up your account or configuring billing and payment details

Depending on your selected plan, you may benefit from:

  • Better TLD pricing
  • Reduced service fees
  • Additional platform features
  • Higher usage limits and support levels

 

Where to Find Your Current Plan

You can view your current subscription plan in the following locations:

Billing Settings

Navigate to: Settings → Billing

There you will find the Subscription Information card displaying your current plan details.

 

Plans Overview

Navigate to: Pricing → Plans

This page allows you to compare all available subscription plans.


Comparing Available Plans

To compare all available plans and features:

  1. Navigate to Pricing → Subscription Plans in the left sidebar
  2. Review the available tiers, pricing, and included features
  3. Select Upgrade Plan if you would like to move to a higher tier

Feature Availability by Plan

Certain features are only available on higher-tier plans.

Examples include:

  • Phone support — available on Premium plans and above
  • Higher API rate limits
  • Additional user accounts
  • Advanced management features
  • ...

Available features and limits vary depending on your subscription plan.

 

Upgrading Your Plan

You can upgrade your subscription at any time.

Option 1 — Billing Settings

Navigate to: Settings → Billing

Then click: Upgrade Plan in the Organization Information section.

Option 2 — Plans Page

Navigate directly to: Pricing → Plans

to compare available plans and upgrade your subscription.
