Where can I refresh my current balance for new updates on my dashboard home page?
Refresh your balance using the reload icon
On the dashboard home page, you can find key information about your account, including your current balance. In the balance section, you can add funds at any time.
In some cases, your balance may not be up to date, for example when transactions such as debits or top-ups are still being processed, or if you have been active in the dashboard for an extended period.
You can refresh your balance at any time by clicking the reload icon in the balance box.
