Tracking Resource Changes via Object History
Object History logs every change made to your resources (domains, contacts, DNS zones), whether through the dashboard or the API.

Path: Left sidebar → Developer → Object History

What You'll See
A table of change events. Click any entry to see the full Object Log Details with specifics about what changed.
By clicking the eye icon in any table entry, you can view the detailed object log information.
Monitored Object Types
- Domain — Registration, renewal, modification, deletion, transfer events
- Contact — Creation, updates, deletion
- Host — Nameserver changes
Event Types
- Registration — A new resource was created
- Renewal — A domain was renewed
- Modification — A resource was updated
- Deletion — A resource was removed
- Inbound Transfer — A domain was transferred into your account
- Outbound Transfer — A domain was transferred out
Event Subtypes
Each event can have a subtype:
- Notification — Informational event
- Success — Operation completed successfully
- Failure — Operation failed
- Canceled — Operation was canceled
Acknowledging Events
Events can be acknowledged to mark them as reviewed:
- Acknowledged — You've reviewed this event
- Pending — Not yet reviewed
